We are searching for an QA Lead!

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day QA activities for critical projects, ensuring testing efforts align with project timelines and quality goals.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze testing requirements and develop appropriate manual and automated test cases.
• Design and execute detailed component-level test plans and ensure traceability to business and technical requirements.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of core trading applications used across Euronext markets.
• Identify and report inconsistencies or issues in product requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with QA Testers to maintain consistent quality standards across projects.
• Drive efforts in test automation implementation and contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes

Requirements:

• Experience as QA Lead.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
