Your New Role
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of software products. You will be responsible for creating and executing detailed test plans, performing functional and acceptance testing, and validating end-to-end processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, solid understanding of business workflows, and the ability to work closely with development and product teams to ensure that requirements are thoroughly tested and delivered with accuracy.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation
- Execute functional, regression, and acceptance tests
- Analyze business requirements and ensure alignment with testing scenarios
- Perform SQL queries to validate data and support test activities
- Report, track, and verify defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to clarify expected behaviors
- Participate in product implementation cycles by validating functional readiness
- Contribute to process improvements within QA and testing workflows
- (Preferential) Support the creation and execution of test automation scripts
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience in creating structured test plans and test cases
- Experience in executing functional and user acceptance tests
- Strong analytical ability and understanding of business processes
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation
