We are looking for a QA/BA Specialist - Finance Operations

MAIN TASKS:

• Gather and document business requirements
• Map and optimize operational workflows
• Create and manage user stories
• Develop and execute test plans
• Track and report defects throughout the testing cycle
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Validate financial and operational data
• Generate insights and reports to support decision-making

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Ability to analyze and document business processes
• Experience in end-to-end software quality assurance
• Proficiency in writing and interpreting SQL queries
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong understanding of financial operations and systems
• Fluency in English is required
• Hybrid role in Porto
