Our client, a leading digital platform in London specializing in electronic placement of insurance and reinsurance risks, is expanding its operations to Portugal and is looking for QA Automation Engineers to join this exciting new phase.
Location Lisbon Hybrid (flexible)
Permanent contract with the client
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement discussions and design test scenarios.
- Create and maintain automated tests for UI and APIs.
- Detect bugs early and work closely with development and product teams for fast resolution.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform performance and security testing.
- Support the migration from older frameworks to Playwright.
- Bring structure, good engineering practices and discipline to the testing process.
Mandatory Requirements
- Senior experience in software testing and automation.
- Strong expertise in Playwright.
- API automation experience (Postman or equivalent tools).
- Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to have
- Performance testing (LoadRunner).
- Security testing (Burp Suite Enterprise).
- Experience with Azure (cloud testing).
