As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to create efficient, robust, and reliable solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the evolution of our backend infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
• Work with cloud infrastructure, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and optimize existing ones
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and help shape the product's technical roadmap

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Languages & Tech: Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Soft Skills:
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
