We are looking for a driven Data Project Owner that is passionate about understanding problems and creating solutions. The ideal candidate is a university graduate in an technical field (Engineering, Economics or Management), with at least 4 years of corporate work experience.

As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant you will have three main tasks:

Provide consultancy to your portfolio of clients (between 2 or 3 clients);

Manage the projects of your clients (budget, teams and results) together with the Project Manager, ensuring that we provide an outstanding service (there is an average of 2 projects per client);

Define and present the value proposition and grow the number of adjudicated projects from your portfolio of clients.

Let's talk more about the role:

You will be based in Portugal.

You will run the portfolio projects with the Project Manager and a virtual operations team.

You will propose new projects and defend their implementation with the client.

Let's talk about you:

You must have a technical background. The main concepts of data management, transformation and analytics must be known.

You must have at least 5 (five) years of experience mapping and implementing processes. It means you will need to have a logical mind;

You must have a track record of delivering consultancy services, client engagement, and plans with milestones, risks, deadlines and targets;

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to create innovative solutions and influence senior client stakeholders;

You are a leader and can effectively engage all levels of the organisation;

You must have experience working with technological projects such as Power Platforms, RPA, AI, chatbots, help desk, digital signature, ERP, CRM, lead management, and systems integrations (APIs).

You must be able to define solutions based on those technologies;

You must have experience with design thinking or other agile methodologies;

You must be fluent in Portuguese and at least one of the following languages (English, Spanish).
