Description

· Supporting the investment phase, including feasibility studies, business plans, budgets and financial models

· Acting as a key interface between investment, design, construction and commercial teams

· Managing projects from pre-acquisition through to delivery and exit

· Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and public authorities

· Overseeing project timelines, costs, quality and risk management

· Monitoring development budgets and cash flows, ensuring alignment with the approved business plan

· Supporting financing processes, lender requirements and reporting

· Contributing to value engineering and optimisation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

· Degree in Civil Engineering

· 5 to 8 years of professional experience

· Proven experience as a Project Manager within real estate development or construction

· Strong understanding of real estate investment, feasibility and financial drivers

· Solid knowledge of the Portuguese real estate and construction environment

· Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders

· Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills

· Fluent in English (professional working level);

Job Offer

• Permanent employment contract.
• Salary between EUR 45,000 and EUR 50,000.
