The Project Manager will oversee property-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Oversee and supervise all aspects of the development process including planning, design, construction, sales and marketing, and project completion.
• Manage the work of all vendors, contractors, consultants, and other project team members.
• Manage the project budget and schedule. Monitor costs and progress to ensure adherence.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, contractors, lenders, and other project participants.
• Manage regulatory approvals, permits, and all other required documentation for the Project.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities including implementing marketing plans and managing real estate brokers.
• Conduct regular meetings to update the Investor on project status, budget, schedule, approvals, and any issues.
• Manage defects list completion, final inspections, and closing out of development.
• Provide any other development management services necessary for the successful completion of the Project.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience managing projects in the property industry.
• 5 to 10 of overall professional experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English;.
• A degree in project management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
