Exciting Opportunity for a Project Manager Join a Strategic Banking Transformation Program!

Location Lisbon Hybrid (2 to 3 days/week on-site)

Contract Full-time, Direct Contract

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-impact international transformation initiative in the banking sector. This role is essential to driving large-scale digital change, aligning teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of transformation goals across business and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects in the banking domain;
• Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams, aligning goals and delivery plans;
• Apply Lean methodologies (e.g. Pareto, Fishbone, 5 Whys) to drive structured problem-solving;
• Ensure effective communication, documentation, and reporting across all project phases;
• Support stakeholder engagement and change management activities.

Must-Have Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Project Management;
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives;
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and stakeholder management;
• Background in the banking or financial services sector.

Nice to Have

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt);
• Willingness to take ownership and lead cross-functional teams;
• Familiarity with international/multicultural working environments.
