Opportunity Project Manager Information Systems

Location Fundão

We are looking for a Project Manager Information Systems for our client, responsible for managing IT systems at Fundão. This professional will ensure the security, reliability, and optimization of IT operations, reporting directly to the DAF of Polo Portugal.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and secure IT infrastructure and communication systems (hardware, networks, software);

Provide user support and ensure local systems operational efficiency;

Plan, organize, and execute IT projects in alignment with the groups strategy;

Monitor risks, define strategies, and implement effective solutions;

Manage suppliers and negotiate IT service contracts;

Update the Business Continuity Plan and implement change management processes;

Promote new IT tools and technologies within teams;

Prepare regular reports on project progress for management and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Degree in Information Systems Engineering or a related field;

At least 5 years of experience in project management within an industrial environment;

Experience in ERP implementation and IT infrastructure management;

Strong communication skills in English and/or French;

Leadership, organization, and decision-making abilities;

Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines.
