We are looking for a Project Manager with some SAP experience to lead, manage and deliver complex IT projects involving SAP implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, be familiar with SAP systems and have a proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within the set deadlines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP solutions (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAC, PO, etc.) (preferred).
• Previous experience in multinational or complex organizational environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, RE-FX and HCM (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of SAP-related implementation and upgrade projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, business analysts, programmers and end users.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, reporting regularly on project progress and key performance indicators.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively managing problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Overseeing system tests, validations and user acceptance tests (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and industry best practices.
• Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and resources efficiently.
• Provide strategic advice on SAP functionalities and systems integration.
