Project Manager - RC Tunnel Works (Data Centre)

Sines, Portugal

c. €100,000 + accommodation + full benefits

A well-established international contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a RC Tunnel project for a large-scale data centre project in Sines, Portugal, The company has a strong track record delivering complex civil engineering and structural concrete works across the UK and Europe and is known for high standards, technical delivery, and long-term client relationships.

This role would suit a Project Manager with strong experience delivering reinforced concrete and civils packages on major projects, comfortable leading site teams and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overall management of site operations and programme delivery
• Coordination of engineering, commercial, and construction teams
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, to quality, and within programme
• Liaising with senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on civils / RC projects
• Data centre or similarly complex project experience advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on overseas projects
