Project Manager - Web Applications

Your Role & Responsibilities

Able to handle extremely complex stakeholders, very organized and methodic and functionally capable of building IT delivery roadmap with solution architects, POs.

• Own the end to end project plan, scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate forward deployed teams and align with product teams and the enablement lead.
• Drive stakeholder communication, steering routines, and transparent status reporting.
• Plan and orchestrate test phases (IT, Core, KU) and cutover activities.
• Ensure delivery quality, documentation completeness, and smooth handover to product/support teams.
• Foster an agile, outcome oriented delivery culture while managing change and impacts.

Required Skills

• Web Applications
• Client facing portals
• Repair journeys
• integration architecture. Basic knowledge of mainstream platforms such as SAP
• SFSC
• PEGA (or other low-code - Low-code workflows and case management.
• case management platforms)
• Fluent in English and French
