This Project Manager leads the implementation of financial and regulatory projects within the group.

Description

• Lead projects, coordinating tasks across teams and ensuring effective communication;
• Manage priorities and monitor capacity, workload, and project portfolio budget;
• Ensure proper resource allocation and implementation of internal controls;
• Coordinate relationships with financial and regulatory product managers;
• Promote standardization of methodologies, training, and processes;
• Contribute to transformation initiatives and change management.

Profile

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, audit, accounting, consulting, or management control;
• At least 3 years of experience in project management;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of financial systems and regulations;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint);
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Adaptability and change management skills;
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities;
• Team leadership and talent development.
