Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager Gen AI to join a leading energy company in Portugal where innovation, sustainability, and excellence are the pillars of their success. What you will do:

• End-to-end management of projects related to Generative AI, from requirements definition to delivery and performance monitoring;
• Internal promotion of Generative AI initiatives, encouraging practical application in business-relevant contexts;
• Facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment of expectations, mutual understanding, and focus on objectives;
• Designing and delivering training and capacity-building sessions on Gen AI concepts and applications, tailored to different internal audiences;
• Keeping up with technological developments in the field and proposing new application opportunities;
• Promoting a culture of experimentation, responsible innovation, and continuous learning.

What you are like:

• Experience in managing technology projects, preferably with prior involvement in AI or digital transformation initiatives;
• Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, content automation, etc.);
• Clear and empathetic communication skills, with the ability to adapt language for different audiences (technical and business);
• Experience with OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, will be a plus;
• Proactive mindset and initiative in driving innovative projects;
• Experience (or strong interest) in facilitating training sessions, workshops, or awareness initiatives on Gen AI;
• Results-oriented profile with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
