What will be your mission?

As a Project Manager (M/F) you will report to the Director of the Projects and Construction area of Southern Europe and the Regional office,. You will be responsible for repositioning the existing hotel portfolio, as well as projects to open new units.
This role involves managing projects according to defined objectives, budget and quality parameters, always taking into account cost analysis, risk assessments, forecasts and regular report production. 

What will you do?

•    Oversee and approve the global budget control
•    Manage the repositioning and realization of new openings
•    Produce feasibility reports and ensure refurbishment Scope of Work (SoW) aligns with Business Plan (BP) for repositioning and new openings
•    Handle construction management, including PMO, cost, scope, quality, planning control, and compliance with standards
•    Conduct regular legal inspections and permit management, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing preventive and corrective actions
•    Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders such as design teams, consultants, general contractors, internal/external clients, and direct suppliers to achieve project goals
•    Support assets and expansion negotiations for proposals and new hotels
•    Manage tendering processes, including analysis, technical and financial review, and recommendations for projects and CAPEX
•    Contract, coordinate, and supervise projects in collaboration with other departments and external resources

What are we looking for?

•    Degree in Architecture or Construction Management with 5 to 10 years of experience
•    Experience in construction project management at both technical and strategic levels
•    Relevant experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
•    Knowledge of facility management, current industry practices, and standards
•    Strong understanding of the local construction industry and associated costs
•    Proficiency in construction law, licenses, legislation, procedures, and best practices
•    Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project and AutoCAD

•    Excellent teamwork and communication skills
•    Proactive approach and service orientation
•    Strong organizational skills and pragmatism
•    Ability to prioritize and anticipate issues, manage multiple tasks
•    High analytical capability
•    Holistic view with attention to detail
