CTR is a multinational manufacturing company looking for a Program Management Specialist II to join our Program Management team in Portugal.

The Program Management Specialist II will support implementation of projects, from start to finish, to ensure on-time completion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect project requirements;
• Coordinate with project team members to meet project targets and milestones;
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan;
• Carry out project meetings and prepare reports regular to communicate project status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in managing projects, preferably on manufacturing industry;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
