Driving and supporting the implementation of the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring process optimisation, innovation and continuous improvement. Description

  • Defining, Implementing and Improving Project Management Methodologies - Developing and applying project management methodologies, ensuring their standardisation and continuous improvement in the organisation.
  • Supporting Project Prioritisation and Strategic Planning - Helping to align and prioritise projects according to the company's strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring and Reporting on Project Progress - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and deviations, and reporting on their progress on a regular basis.
  • Developing and Managing Project Management Tools and Frameworks - Creating and maintaining tools and frameworks to standardise project management in the organisation.
  • Ensure Effective Communication between Internal and External Stakeholders - Ensure clear communication and alignment between all parties involved in projects.
  • Supporting Team Training in Good Project Management Practices - Promoting training and mentoring to ensure the application of best project management practices.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the performance and impact of projects.
  • Documentation Management and Ensuring Traceability - Ensuring the organisation and accessibility of project documentation.
  • Preparing Project Documentation - Drawing up essential documents such as plans, reports and presentations, ensuring clarity and availability for stakeholders.
  • Ensuring Continuous Improvement - Evaluating and suggesting constant improvements to processes and projects, seeking efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Profile

  • Degree in Management, Economics, Finance or similar. Degree in Engineering also eligible.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in project management or consultancy.
  • PMO certification and experience will be valued.

  • Communication and Development: - Clear and structured communication.
  • Analysis and Planning: - Analytical and strategic thinking.
