The Project Coordinator guarantees that the products (mainly racking installations) are competently assembled and implemented on-site at the customers. Through skilled project management, she/he ensures a positive impact on the EBIT.
Furthermore, the Project Coordinator provides technical and commercial assistance to the System Salesmen.
Principais responsabilidades
* Responsible for the on-site assembly (Racks, Trucks, LI, RDT, etc.) and creation of corresponding customer reports;
* Making sure implemented installations meet all Health and Safety regulations (f.e. legal documentation), also after hand-over;
* Efficient goods and delivery planning;
* Deadline- and target-oriented processing of leads and direct re-quests;
* Order validation of the quotation and dimension inspection at the client;
* Development of solutions in coordination with internal departments and external suppliers;
* Preparation of offers for warehouse equipment including all relevant documents and calculation (e.g. creating AutoCAD drawings);
* Development of drawings: Validation drawing, assembly (team) drawing, documentation drawing;
* Support System Salesmen with racking offers, calculations and drawings and joint visits;
* Responsible for order processing;
* Hand-over to pre-/final acceptance by the client;
* Dealing with customer complaints and claims;
* Racking inspection;
* Spare parts quotations;
* Support implementation of LP Projects upon request;
* Order processing (e.g. in SAP);
Perfil desejado
- Degree in Engineering;
- Project Management (construction site);
- Production / Warehouse / Logistic knowledge;
- IT Skills (Autocad, CRM, MS Office);
- Floor knowledge;
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of guidance systems and its implementation;
- Fluent English;
- Valued: Leadership experience.
