• Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation and operational stabilization.
• Coordinate the integration of new projects, services, processes, tools, and organizational initiatives.

Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Operational Integration, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in high-growth, transformation-driven, or operationally demanding environments.
• Demonstrated success in implementing initiatives with significant organizational impact.
• Strong operational background, high energy levels, and exceptional execution capabilities, with the ability to lead integration processes, manage multiple stakeholders, and convert complex challenges into tangible business results.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
