Job Purpose:

To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programs

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for first line support of program within 3 day KPI
• Manage escalations to resolution
• Generation and Distribution of all renewal processes from central tea
• New Applications - Once passed by Sales team, process through to onboarding
• License renewal management
• Creation and Maintenance of Global Reporting Requirements
• Coordinating with PSM and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all times
• Escalation of issues to Management and others, and management of issue to resolution

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Highly numerate
• Time management and prioritizing skills
• Good communication skills
• Very good level of English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Interpersonal Skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• IT industry knowledge - Channel, Vendors, Programme and Competition would be an advantage
