Your New Role
 
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple IT projects, including application development and infrastructure initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This position follows a hybrid work model based in Palmela 

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Approximately 8 years of experience as a Program Manager
• Proven expertise in IT project management (applications and infrastructure)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Palmela (4 days at the office)
• Readiness to engage in international projects
