What We’re Looking For:A dynamic and experienced
Program Manager
with a proven track record in
IT project management, both in application development and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be a natural leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Coordinate the project team and allocate resources as needed
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are aligned with business objectives and client expectations

Requirements:

• Approximately 4 years of experience as a Program Manager
• Experience in IT project management, including applications and infrastructure
• Availability for a hybrid work model in Palmela
• Excellent command of English
• Willingness to work on international projects
