Be our NEXT Production Support Analyst!
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Experience with databases (MS SQL and/or Oracle);
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Cisco/Juniper);
- Familiarity with monitoring and security tools (e.g., TCPdump, Snort);
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments (Equities, Futures, Options) is a plus;
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes (nice to have);
- Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl, PHP) is a plus;
- Monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure;
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents;
- Ensure the stability and performance of servers, networks, and databases;
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues;
- Perform troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments;
- Support system improvements and optimization initiatives;
- Document incidents and procedures following best practices (e.g., ITIL);
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and processes.
