We are currently recruiting a Production Scheduler (M/F) for Airbus Atlantic Portugal, in Santo Tirso.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Airbus Atlantic Portugal is currently recruiting for its site in Santo Tirso - Porto.

The Production Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating the link between the manufacturing units/stations and the

supply and demand population or other manufacturing unit, by ensuring and coordinating the deliveries until the part is

available in stock and act as an interface & animator between manufacturing customers, quality, physical logistics,

ordering population within the site and between AIRBUS sites.

MAIN TASKS AND MISSION

1. Analyse and launch necessary action to ensure ODD compliant with aircraft planning and manage priorities;

2. Prepare and lead the Weekly Master Production meetings involving all the stakeholders obtain the commitments and

challenge attendees not to postpone the planning every time. Validate and officialise short term planning;

3. Collaborate with Airbus customer site to align delay with production needs;

4. Attend daily Production monitoring meeting Report on production progress & parts availability. Give support to adjust

daily priorities;

5. Management of Work Order WO from releasing to closing, Pull flow - Management of Components including missing

parts and logistic distribution with Ordering officer support;

6. Update SAP control and update item parameters to ensure data effectiveness in the Information Systems.

PROFILE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Management or similar;

• Solid experience in similar functions (>5 years) Industry sector background will be valued;

• Production flow on industrial environment;

• Scheduling knowledge & Finite Capacity planning;

• Strong time management and prioritization skills;

• Have a hands-on approach with the ability to think strategically;

• Rigorous, organized and pro-active;

• Working in multi-functional team (sometimes in stressed environment);

• Expertise with MS Office package and SAP system knowledge;

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
