With more than 30 years of experience, CTR has become a leader on the development and manufacturing of high-quality consumer products for Air Care and Pest Control applications. We are looking for a Materials Planner (m/f) Supporting and carrying out the operational tasks of the Purchasing area, in accordance with the organization's needs, in order to guarantee the stocks required for the company's activity, under the most favorable conditions and in good time. This position reports to site Senior Purchasing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing Suppliers - Caring for and maintaining quality and close relationships with suppliers, supervising scheduled orders from the point of view of quantities and delivery dates, guaranteeing a relationship of trust and good service;
• Purchasing Management/Inventory - Managing the inventory of materials and identifying purchasing needs, in accordance with production plans and instructions received, placing orders and following up orders to suppliers, in order to guarantee the necessary stocks and the punctual delivery of material in relation to planned needs; organizing regular calls/meeting with suppliers to ensure regular update is provided: monitoring recovery actions performed by suppliers.
• Information Management - Keeping records of purchases and invoicing, in accordance with the procedures in place, in order to maintain an up-to-date and reliable record that allows correct analysis of the area's activities; working closely with planning, customer service, NPI teams to ensure the synchronization is in place among these functions to avoid material shortages. Responding to MRP exception messages timely; maintaining material master data for purchased parts.
• KPI'S - drawing up service level indicators for suppliers and transport.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in materials planning on manufacturing environment;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Solid organizational and prioritization skills;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Self-motivated and can work with little direct supervision and possess ability to take intelligent risks;
• Proactive attitude, capability to work under pressure and completion of tasks in a timely manner;
• Fluency in English;
• Expertise of MS Office, PHC and SAP
