Descrição da Função

- Development of production controlling;
- Preparation of monthly reports for production controlling (including productivity, cost and investment analyses);
- Monitoring, maintenance, visualization and further development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and controlling instruments, including BI reports - analysis and commentary;
- Production planning together with production and sales;
- Analysis and optimization of manufacturing costs in close coordination with production and supply chain;
- Pre- and post-calculation of all product groups;
- Product costing for existing and new products;
- Support in mapping the value flow in the ERP software used;
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as budget and forecast preparation;
- Providing the management with information relevant to controlling;
- Assumption of the ERP key user role.

Perfil do Candidato

- Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering or comparable training;
- Knowledge of methods and strategies of controlling and production controlling;
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in manufacturing pharmaceutical companies;
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially perfect in Excel), knowledge of the functioning of ERP systems;
- High level of commitment and sense of responsibility;
- Personal responsibility, assertiveness, strategic and analytical thinking, entrepreneurial approach and flexibility;
- Team player and enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation.
