We are looking for an experienced OneTrust Technical Product Owner / Platform Specialist to provide technical and product ownership support for the OneTrust platform. The role ensures continuity of operations while supporting the permanent Product Owner already in place.
You will contribute to the design, evolution, and communication of the OneTrust roadmap, ensuring operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements are consistently met. This position sits within the Third Parties Operations team and plays a critical role in supporting regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and DORA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and continuous evolution of the OneTrust platform to meet operational and compliance needs
- Contribute to and help execute the OneTrust roadmap, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are clearly communicated
- Build deep functional and technical knowledge of the platform to increase team autonomy and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in managing and prioritising the OneTrust product backlog, aligning enhancements with business and compliance objectives
- Communicate planning updates clearly, ensuring scope, timelines, and dependencies are understood by all stakeholders
- Document technical configurations, workflows, and processes to enable knowledge transfer and reduce key-person dependency
- Provide technical support and training to internal users and stakeholders, particularly within Third Parties Operations teams
- Ensure all platform activities comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR and DORA
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of operational excellence
Required Profile
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the OneTrust platform, ideally at senior or expert level
- Proven experience as a OneTrust administrator or developer, with exposure to product ownership or technical leadership responsibilities
- Strong expertise in OneTrust configuration, workflow optimisation, and platform administration
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and delivering within tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Confident in delivering training and supporting knowledge transfer
- Proactive, reliable, and driven by continuous improvement
- Professional English fluency (minimum B2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating OneTrust with other privacy, risk, or compliance management tools
- Familiarity with DORA compliance requirements
- Background in regulated or financial services environments
Work Model
- Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite in the Porto office
- Only for who is already living in Portugal.
