Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Owner Lead to join one of our biggest clients, a leading Portuguese retail and services group with a strong focus on large-scale digital products, innovation, and customer centric platforms.

Location: Porto (hybrid)

What you will do:

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business strategy and product vision

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring value delivery across multiple digital initiatives

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, tech teams, and leadership to drive product strategy

• Ensure agile best practices and efficient backlog management across squads

• Support decision making with data driven insights and continuous improvement approaches

• Guarantee consistency, quality, and user centricity across all product developments

What you are like:

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science or similar

• 5+ years of experience as Product Owner, including leadership or team coordination responsibilities

• Strong understanding of digital product development, customer journeys, and business value creation

• Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban or similar)

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills

• Experience in large scale environments or retail is a plus
