PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring the connection between the development of the School's educational offer and its market positioning and communication strategy. This role plays a key part in understanding the needs of target audiences, supporting the development of compelling value propositions, and aligning efforts with marketing, sales, and academic teams to ensure the effective promotion of our programmes. It requires analytical thinking, market insight, and a hands-on execution mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the go-to-market strategy for Porto Business School programmes, in line with the School's strategic objectives;
- Develop and implement communication plans for each programme (branding, messaging, segmentation, channels);
- Gather and analyse market insights, competitor activity and audience needs, translating them into strong, clear value propositions;
- Coordinate the creation of promotional assets (brochures, landing pages, videos, digital campaigns, presentations, etc.);
- Collaborate with academic, digital marketing, sales, and communication teams to ensure message and goal alignment;
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and offers, proposing improvements as needed;
- Stay informed about trends in the education sector and product marketing, proposing innovative go-to-market approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field;
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or offer development roles, preferably in B2C or educational contexts;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Portuguese);
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using market data to support decision-making;
- Proactive, autonomous, and critical thinking, with strong project management capabilities;
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
