This position involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote financial products and services within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and achieve business objectives.

Description

Coordinate daily operations for multiple global Product Marketing Managers, ensuring smooth execution of assigned tasks and timely escalation of risks or bottlenecks;

Maintain full visibility of each Product Marketing platform's structure, scope and priorities, guaranteeing proper workflow alignment across Lisbon team members;

Act as a cross-team liaison with Lisbon Design, Digital, Sales, Structuring and support teams, ensuring efficient communication, workflow fluidity and high-quality delivery of creative and operational components;

Lead automation and industrialisation efforts, managing recurring publications, templates, and monthly updates while serving as Lisbon's focal point for MCE Studio enhancements, bug tracking, UAT and rollout coordination;

Build and maintain roadmaps, release calendars, performance indicators and reporting packages related to MCE Studio and other operational processes;

Provide leadership to the Lisbon Product Marketing team through workflow guidance, operational risk control, best-practice sharing and clear relay of instructions from global Product Marketing Managers;

Serve as the local HR interface for hiring, interviewing, onboarding and talent development, while acting as an ambassador for the Product Marketing métier in recruitment forums and industry events;

Produce and present structured governance materials-KPIs, dashboards, operational insights, issue tracking, risks and improvement proposals-to support decision-making and ensure strong documentation across all operational topics.

Profile

Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent;

3-5 years' experience in product marketing, project management, coordination, operations, or PMO, preferably within Global Markets or an investment banking environment;

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a multi-regional setup, with strong organisation and attention to detail;

Team management experience and the ability to track multiple workflows while maintaining operational risk controls and standards;

Proficiency with digital/automation tools and MS Office (plus SharePoint familiarity); Power BI/VBA, extra languages, and design/digital exposure are a plus.
