Description

• Design, execute e monitor marketing strategies and action plans for the promoted brands;
• Establish objectives for the brands through thorough market and product analysis;
• Assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns and supporting materials;
• Oversee project budgets and ensure timely delivery according to planned timelines;
• Collaborate with internal teams to track brand strategy implementation, gather feedback, and recommend adjustments for improvement;
• Maintain clear and effective communication across the organization to align and engage the sales team and other stakeholders in achieving product objectives;
• Stay informed about scientific advancements and market trends to proactively identify opportunities to strengthen product positioning;
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures related to Quality, Environment, R&D, Health, and Safety.

Profile

• Academic background in Economics, Management, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field;
• Advanced qualifications in Marketing (MBA, MSc, or Postgraduate Diploma) are an advantage;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Marketing or Brand Management;
• Previous experience in the Respiratory Area will be considered a plus;
• Proven ability to manage projects and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
