Aron Light is an international lighting brand based in Lisbon, focused on designing and sourcing high-quality, cost-efficient lighting solutions for the professional market. We work closely with long-term manufacturing partners in China and distribute our products across multiple international markets.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Product & Sourcing Manager to join our team.

This is a key strategic role, combining product management and international sourcing, with direct impact on product quality, costs, and margins.

What You'll Do:

• Define and manage product specifications in collaboration with design and engineering
• Develop and optimize products with a strong focus on cost, quality, and scalability
• Manage international sourcing, mainly in China
• Communicate daily with suppliers in English
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms
• Identify and develop new suppliers
• Monitor production, orders, and deliveries
• Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo ERP
• Previous sourcing or product development experience in China
• Background in lighting, electrical, or technical products
• Advanced Excel or reporting skills
