Your new role

  • Responsible for delivering all services in relation to Procurement Services agreed within the scope of GBS Sourcing Administration Services, to internal stakeholders globally.

  • Services provided by the Procurement Services team include:

    • Dispatch, track, report and resolve end user requests and/or issues in the S2P process

    • Assist stakeholders in requests related to the creation of new suppliers or the update of existing suppliers

    • Support the Ariba systems including new user access

    • Special projects as needed

  • Supports S2P end to end process improvement in the procurement process including interfaces with Global Procurement, Accounts Payable, Financial Services, Master Data and Controlling.

  • Secure proper work organization and adherence to expected service levels for timely and accurate issue resolution.

  • Contributes to development of new and/or improved services, tools and processes through participation in projects and initiatives.

  • Accountable for procurement services team budget and to secure good cost management within own responsibility area

  • Accountable for stakeholder satisfaction and continuous efficiency improvements in own area.

  • Responsible to establish and maintain an effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the GBS SAS procurement services team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, procurement, or related field or equivalent

  • Minimum 3-5 years proven strong leadership and managerial experience in related fields

  • Used to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing operational environment and proven ability to manage deadlines

  • Deliver with quality and speed, foster learning agility in self and others, trust and empower

  • Global Perspective

  • Self-driven, Communicates Effectively, Team player with the proven ability in strong collaboration

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written is required.
