Your new role

The primary role of Procurement Management Associate is to define and own the global Coupa procurement management strategy in line with Ferring Group strategy. As the Subject Matter Expert for all activities related to Coupa procurement management (defined as supplier onboarding, catalogue management, communication and training, compliance to and optimization of the Coupa tool, user satisfaction, etc.) this position will ensure Coupa is leveraged to its full extent and responsible for continuous improvement of the system. The Procurement Management Associate will ensure that all procurement is relevant and complies with Ferring polices. This position will define Service Level Agreements and identify most relevant KPIs to demonstrate full contribution to the business through dashboards and manage relationships with all parties involved in Coupa procurement management topics.

As a Procurement Management Associate it will be your responsibility to develop a strategy for the implementation of procurement management within Ferring, identify and promote the right procurement channels and opportunities, manage and oversee catalogue creation process at global level, define and implement the catalogue maintenance plan, identify improvement opportunities to submit to relevant parties and request changes on the functionalities of the tool. You will define and implement all related communication strategy, maintain the Coupa intranet, implement and issue newsletters to active Coupa users, maintain all Coupa user’s distribution list with new users and implement and issue end user satisfaction survey. You will give support in the update of training materials and the update of the eLearning curriculum with the external provider, identify training needs and ensure their execution. Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring monthly Power Users’ meetings, schedule and host meetings with Coupa to review enhancements, new functionalities and new features of upcoming releases and also conduct Coupa supplier relationship management activities.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a talented individual with minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement/procurement management, with comprehensive understanding of procurement & purchasing processes and a strong knowledge of procurement/catalogue management and all related systems and processes. You need to have a degree in business administration or procurement (or other relevant areas), experience in IT processes, strong MS Office and SharePoint knowledge and also Coupa and SAP knowledge. You need to be a strong problem solver and communicator, with high drive for results and have the ability and to operate successfully in a dynamic environment.
