We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (TA) in our Prep School.


Descrição da Função

- To support the Class Teacher in the children’s learning and their welfare.
- Working with the teacher in lesson delivery, evaluation and assessment.
- To encourage pupils to interact and work cooperatively with others and engage all pupils in activities.
- To maintain absolute confidentiality regarding pupil information and refer all inquiries to the Class Teacher.
- To assist the Class Teacher in creating learning displays.
- To monitor and evaluate pupils' responses to learning activities through observation and planned recording of achievement against predetermined learning objectives.
- To consistently support pupils whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
- To assist the Class Teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment.
- To maintain an allotted Primary Resource Area.
- To perform duties in the support of children’s learning and welfare.
