Tvoja misija:

Kao Predstavnik korisnicke službe, biceš glavni kontakt za naše klijente - odgovaraceš na pitanja putem chata, telefona i e-maila, pružajuci izvanrednu uslugu i iskustvo koje odražava stil i eleganciju brenda koji zastupaš.

Tvoji zadaci:

  • Pružanje podrške korisnicima putem chata, telefona i e-maila.
  • Rešavanje upita brzo i sa empatijom.
  • Vodenje tacne evidencije komunikacije sa korisnicima.
  • Saradnja sa timom na unapredenju procesa korisnicke podrške.
  • Ucešce u treninzima i programima razvoja veština.

Potrebne kvalifikacije:

  • Maternji srpski jezik i najmanje B2 nivo engleskog.
  • Iskustvo u korisnickoj podršci ili slicnim poslovima.
  • Izvrsne komunikacione i organizacione veštine.
  • Dobro poznavanje CRM alata i Microsoft Office-a.

At Konecta Portugal, a leading BPO multinational, we collaborate with one of the most iconic fashion brands in the world - and we're looking for a Serbian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team in Lisbon!


Your Mission:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of the brand - helping customers through chat, phone, and email, while delivering a premium service experience that reflects the elegance of the brand you'll represent.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat, phone, and email.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently and with empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill enhancement programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native-level Serbian and at least B2 English.
  • Experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
