Your new company
A technology company focused on digital and marketing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Pre-Sales & Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) to join its team, remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing technology stacks, digital engagement solutions, and analytical tools, with the ability to dive deeper into technical aspects when needed.

Your new role
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key pharma clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Manage and oversee multiple accounts and projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and deliverables with client objectives.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with clients during the presales phase to understand their needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Design high-level architectures for digital engagement platforms, ensuring scalability and alignment with client goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on integrating marketing technology stacks with analytics solutions to drive customer engagement.
  • Analyse client data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimisation and improvement.
  • Train and enable clients to effectively use implemented digital solutions and marketing tools.
  • Provide ongoing support to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless operation of deployed solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or consulting roles within marketing or technology.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with software and marketing technology stacks, including CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Experience designing and proposing digital engagement architectures and solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Fluency in English. Spanish will be a plus.
