Ready to join us, Power BI Analyst?

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain effective and user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, seasonality, and data behaviors.
• Clearly communicate analytical findings and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Work independently with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Be available to travel internationally for short periods when required.

Main Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level - mandatory).
• Fast learner with autonomy and initiative.

Nice to Have / Plus

• Experience working alongside Engineering teams on ETL pipelines.
• Programming knowledge in Python or R.
• Solid understanding of SQL and VBA.
• Experience with SSAS, SSIS, and Azure.
• Previous exposure to the financial sector.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
