Descriçăo da oferta

The Brand Lead will be responsible for leading the brand strategy in Portugal, from its development through to its launch and growth.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Define and lead the short- and long-term brand strategy, ensuring that all involved teams are aligned with the established vision.
  • Maintain frequent contact with clients, both established and emerging, to capture market trends, clinical needs, and product perceptions, anticipating and adjusting actions accordingly.
  • Communicate an integrated organizational vision, taking into account the competitive landscape, strategic partners, and industry dynamics.
  • Explore opportunities to improve the brand strategy based on data, industry benchmarks, and testing of new approaches.
  • Clarify target segments and define effective tactics to engage different stakeholders.
  • Manage the overall brand budget, taking responsibility for profitability and the efficient allocation of resources across teams and projects.
  • Apply agile methodologies in brand planning processes, ensuring proper governance and participation in review and decision-making meetings.
  • Lead and support the brand management team, ensuring marketing goals are met through an integrated, customer experience-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with data analysis teams to develop strategic insights and apply this knowledge to continuously refine the brand approach.
  • Actively contribute to the performance evaluation of cross-functional teams, providing constructive feedback aimed at development.
  • Drive the adoption of new working methods, including multichannel strategies, dynamic content production, and partnerships with specialized agencies.

Perfil desejado

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Management, or related fields.
  • Additional academic qualification at MBA level.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector in Portugal and/or Spain.
  • Proven experience in budget management and profit and loss (P&L) accountability.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Experience in business transformation and commercial excellence.
