Join Our Clients Team as a Portfolio Manager!

Our client is looking for a skilled Portfolio Manager to lead critical IT infrastructure and business management functions. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of IT solutions. Location Lisbon (Hybrid 30% remote)

Contract Type Permanent, direct contract with the client

Working Hours Monday to Friday, 0900-1800

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership Collaborate with various teams to ensure that all business requirements are effectively translated into IT deliverables.

Project Oversight Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and project dependencies to achieve smooth IT operations.

Risk Management Identify and mitigate risks related to IT project delivery and operations.

Performance Monitoring Oversee system performance to ensure it meets the needs of users and aligns with business objectives.

Team Management Provide governance, coaching, and support to ensure team engagement and performance within the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience At least 15 years in a Program Management or Leadership role with a strong background in IT infrastructure and delivery.

Technical Expertise Knowledge in service-oriented architecture (SOA) and IT system management is essential.

Education Bachelors degree is required, with a preference for advanced degrees in relevant fields.

Languages Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level).
