The Player Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support for an online gaming platform. This role involves managing in-game and email queries, providing technical assistance, addressing store reviews, and preparing support-related reports. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Job responsibilities
- Handle in-game and email support queries efficiently and accurately.
- Provide technical troubleshooting across gaming platforms.
- Respond professionally to app store reviews and player feedback.
- Resolve player complaints, suggestions, and inquiries.
- Monitor and report game anomalies.
- Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Support process and content improvements.
KPI
- Accuracy: Deliver clear, correct, and helpful responses.
- Productivity: Handle a high volume of tickets without compromising quality.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Ensure positive player experiences with every interaction.
Requirements
- Great proficiency in one of the languages: German/French/Russian/Spanish/Italian/Turkish
- Must possess strong English skills across verbal, written, and reading comprehension.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Preferred skills
- Online gaming experience, familiarity with mobile, PC and Console games
