Role Overview:

We are looking for a PL/SQL Consultant to join one of the leading multinationals in the Portuguese market, known for its diversified business portfolio. It has a solid culture focused on innovation and digital transformation - offices in Porto (hybrid).

What you will do:

• Manage and analyze incidents, ensuring resolution and compliance with the agreed Service Levels with users;
• Ensure structured analysis and resolution of the root causes of incidents;
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and process simplification in the solutions managed by the team;
• Work closely with project teams to ensure knowledge transfer and support development projects;
• Participate in the configuration of appropriate support models and in the knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;
• Improve documentation of functional and technical processes and workflows.

What you are like:

• At least one year of experience with PL/SQL (support or development);
• Experience with Pro-C (batch language) or Shellscript is a big plus;
• Experience with Oracle database, Oracle Forms and Reports;
• Experience in solving complex problems involving multidisciplinary teams;
• Autonomy, organization and sense of responsibility;
• Strong interaction and communication skills;
