We are looking for a Piping Designer with proven experience in Autodesk Inventor to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed piping layouts and technical drawings in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards. Experience in pharmaceutical industry environments (GMP-compliant) will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and review piping designs to ensure compliance with engineering and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, quality, and operations teams, to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project needs.
  • Ensure timely updates of technical drawings to reflect changes in project scope or regulatory requirements, particularly in pharmaceutical settings.
  • Prepare, review, and update piping layouts and documentation in compliance with project and industry-specific regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of design updates within defined timelines.
  • Stay up to date with changes in technical and regulatory standards in the relevant industry.
  • Support technical documentation required for regulatory audits or qualification processes in pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Liaise with technical leads and project managers, providing timely responses to design-related queries and requests.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • Solid experience working with Autodesk Inventor, particularly in piping systems and mechanical assemblies.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory expectations in GMP environments is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working in cross-functional teams is valued.
  • Familiarity with CAD file management systems and technical documentation tools is considered beneficial.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.
