Your new role
As a PHC Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting internal teams by configuring and maintaining the PHC system across various business functions. You’ll be responsible for enhancing system performance, developing insightful reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through proactive issue resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain PHC software across multiple modules to meet operational needs.
- Provide hands-on support to internal users, helping them maximise system efficiency.
- Design and implement dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
- Work closely with different departments to gather requirements and suggest system improvements.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with PHC (Desktop and/or CS modules).
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with Crystal Reports is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Organised, autonomous and capable of managing multiple priorities.
