WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lifestyle management
· Serve as the principal's anchor of calm and care - ensuring daily life feels balanced, organized, and emotionally supported.
· Anticipate needs with genuine care - ensuring every practical and personal detail supports the principal's well-being and sense of ease.
· Curate harmony in the details - from seamless travel experiences to a peaceful home environment.
· Coordinate health, wellness, and personal appointments to support sustained energy and emotional balance.
· Offer stability and reassurance during high-pressure periods, helping maintain perspective and calm.
· Manage personal logistics to free the principal's focus for creativity, relationships, and long-term vision.
· Oversee and coordinate household staff and operations to ensure consistency, quality, and a harmonious environment.
Executive & Coordination Support
· Act as the principal's right hand, managing schedules, priorities, and communications with precision and discretion.
· Work closely with the family office to ensure seamless alignment between personal and professional matters.
· Support - and occasionally lead - special projects across business, lifestyle, and personal domains.
· Plan and coordinate travel, meetings, and events, ensuring every experience is smooth, efficient, and thoughtfully designed.
· Communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism - always representing the principal with care and integrity.
· Adapt fluidly to shifting priorities, maintaining calm focus and momentum at all times.
Profile
· 5+ years' experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting a high-performing entrepreneur or executive.
· Proven ability to manage both professional and deeply personal matters with discretion.
· Experience coordinating or managing household staff is an advantage.
· Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal or able to secure the necessary visa.
· Must be prepared for frequent, short-notice international travel with the Principal and Family.
· Outstanding communication skills and a natural sense of empathy.
· Previous experience in a similar, high-trust role is highly valued.
