- Booking flights, meetings and transports;
- Guarantee the agenda organisation and manage every issue that might come along related to schedule;
- Reminding of deadlines and tasks;
- Liaising with clients and suppliers;
- Be responsible for receiving mail and for managing necessary documentation;
- Accompany the CEO to meetings and events.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office tools;
- Deep knowledge of protocol standards and procedures;
- Excellent level of Portuguese and English, written and spoken, is mandatory;
- Loyalty, honesty, discretion and highly professionality capability;
- Communications skills with different cultures, discretion and ability to deal with sensitive situations and understand nuances, as well as ability to work under pressure and to multi-task.
