We’re looking for a Performance Tester who doesn’t just run tests, but crafts performance strategies that make systems faster, stronger, and more resilient. Your mission? Ensure our applications perform flawlessly—no matter the load.
?? What You’ll Do
- Evaluate software performance under various loads and conditions.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose smart, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to fine-tune performance and scalability.
??? Your Day-to-Day
- Design and execute load, stress, and endurance tests.
- Monitor application and system performance metrics.
- Analyze test results and translate data into actionable insights.
- Work closely with engineering teams to optimize performance.
- Document findings and deliver clear, impactful reports.
?? What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with JMeter, LoadRunner and Gatling;
- Experience working with either New Relic or Dynatrace or AppDynamics;
- Experience with either Grafana or Prometheus;
- Experience with BlazeMeter
- Solid level of Portuguese and English
