To own the briefing, build and execution of key email campaigns. Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and in full.
Description
The main responsibilities are:
- Own build process of emails and ensure assets and copy are consistent with brand presentation directives;
- Work collaboratively across teams to execute on an impact-assessed schedule of email activities, including building and testing emails, editing for consistency and adherence to best practices, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting;
- Actively monitor and optimise campaigns, applying deep expertise in email deliverability and performance;
- Think Commercially and creatively propose new products/stories/designs/ CTAs to help enhance the email experience to further enhance the channel's ability to beat targets;
- Assist the email marketing budget and planning process in collaboration with PM Manager.
Profile
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Pro-active internal networker, with Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Competent in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Dreamweaver;
- Hands-on budget management and PO raising;
- 2 years of email marketing experience;
- Significant hands-on experience building and delivering email campaigns;
- Experience in Managing Email campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and acquisition.
