• Proactive professional with strong communication skills to join our Purchasing team as a Performance & Business Analyst;
• This role combines data analysis, process optimization, and decision-making support, with a direct impact on the profitability and efficiency of our business.

Principais responsabilidades

• Train and support teams in the use of internal tools related to negotiations and assortment reviews;
• Act as a liaison between the international group and the local team, ensuring alignment and effective implementation of tools;
• Take on the role of gatekeeper in various projects, ensuring data and process consistency and quality, as well as meeting deadlines and deliverables;
• Prepare and lead monthly performance reviews with the team, identifying opportunities and risks, and promoting continuous improvement;
• Conduct various analyses to support commercial decision-making on topics such as assortment, pricing, negotiations, and profitability;
• Solve operational issues and validate critical data to ensure reliable decision-making;
• Contribute to process optimization and the development of analytical solutions that support the purchasing strategy;
• Participate in international co-creation initiatives, collaborating on the implementation of new strategies and process improvements.

Perfil desejado

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science (or a related field);
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of SQL (a plus);
• Fluence in English (minimum level B2);
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders;
• Decision-making skills and ability to manage priorities;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Excellent communication skills.
